Vice President of Sales

Compensation: up to $100,000 base plus commission, incentive bonus and great benefits!
Vice President of Sales Requirements:
- High energy, enthusiastic, sales leader with strong core values
- 5+ years’ experience as a sales leader creating and selling programs and developing marketing programs in the exhibit, convention or meetings industry
- 5+ years successfully selling exhibits or event sponsorship to national retail and supplier accounts in CPG industries.
- Proven success as a team builder, developer and motivator of a sales group.
- Able to analyze and interpret financial statements, market & trend data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work as an integral part of a management team and act as one voice regarding vision, values and strategy of the association and its organization
- A track record of establishing accurate annual sales goals, objectives and forecasts and meeting or exceeding them.
- Must be proficient in MS Office, especially excel and understand digital media and social media applications in the sales process
