We are excited to be partnering with one of the most established and well-known names in the NY food business, seeking a high-energy, high-volume experienced Sous Chef to help guide and manage their large production kitchen in the Bronx, NY. This position provides a motivated candidate the ability to expand their career, work with an experienced Executive Chef and help lead culinary production/development for an ultra-high volume company that does business coast to coast.

BASE SALARY RANGE: $60,000 - $80,000 + benefits, PTO, 401k, 45 hour regular work schedule, etc.

Sous Chef Qualifications

- Availability to work variety of shift time based on production demand
- Experience in a high-volume commissary or banquet/catering operation
- Sound technical culinary skills
- Ability to learn and retain proprietary recipes
