This growing and successful restaurant concept is looking to add a Sous Chef to their location in downtown Chicago. The concept is one of a kind and offers foodies an experience like none other. The company prides itself on its culture and strong sense of community. Additionally, they will be opening several other locations in the next few years, so they will be able to offer significant growth opportunities.

This is also a great opportunity for a lead line cook or junior chef to be able to move into a managerial position.

Position Requirements:

  • 2+ years of culinary management experience
  • Financial acumen and strong understanding of P&L statements
  • True passion for hospitality and culinary operations
  • Strong operator and executor
  • Scratch kitchen experience
  • Meat butchering experience a plus
  • Italian cuisine experience a plus
  • High volume experience

Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 base (commensurate with experience) plus comprehensive health benefits, PTO, parental leave, 401k, and much more!
