- 2+ years of culinary management experience
- Financial acumen and strong understanding of P&L statements

- Strong operator and executor
- Scratch kitchen experience
- Meat butchering experience a plus

- High volume experience
Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 base (commensurate with experience) plus comprehensive health benefits, PTO, parental leave, 401k, and much more!
