Sous Chef/Chef de Cuisine
Las Vegas, NV 85250
- 2+ years of culinary management experience
- Financial acumen and strong understanding of P&L statements
- True passion for hospitality and culinary operations
- Strong operator and executor
- Scratch kitchen experience
- Meat butchering experience a plus
- Italian cuisine experience a plus
- High volume experience
- Ability to relocate to or commute to the Las Vegas strip
- Ability to relocate in the future a plus
Compensation: $50,000 - $90,000 base (commensurate with experience) plus comprehensive health benefits, PTO, parental leave, 401k, and much more!
