A growing and successful food and restaurant and retail operator is looking to add a talented Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine to their newest location in the Las Vegas area. This company prides itself on its culture and strong sense of community. Additionally, they will be opening several other locations in the next few years, so they will be able to offer significant growth opportunities.

Position Requirements:

  • 2+ years of culinary management experience
  • Financial acumen and strong understanding of P&L statements
  • True passion for hospitality and culinary operations
  • Strong operator and executor
  • Scratch kitchen experience
  • Meat butchering experience a plus
  • Italian cuisine experience a plus
  • High volume experience
  • Ability to relocate to or commute to the Las Vegas strip
  • Ability to relocate in the future a plus

Compensation: $50,000 - $90,000 base (commensurate with experience) plus comprehensive health benefits, PTO, parental leave, 401k, and much more!
