If so, we are currently seeking an energetic leader as a Corporate Training Manager for an environmentally sustainable restaurant concept based in the Pacific Northwest. Base Compensation: $60-75,000 plus bonus and benefits


​Corporate Training Manager Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a training manager in the restaurant industry
  • Track record of designing and executing successful training programs
  • At least 3+ years of experience as a General Manager
  • Strong leadership qualities, passionate about leadership development
  • Ability to travel often


Corporate Training Manager Responsibilities:

  • Leadership development as new stores open on both coasts
  • Identifying and assessing future and current training needs
  • Drawing an overall or individualized training and development plan
  • Presents in-person and online training sessions or hires qualified personnel to do so
  • Works with managers to address learning issues, instruction problems, or new educational needs regarding specific employees or departments
  • Manages costs for all programs, productions, and publications in order to report to organisation executives regarding a return on investment
