We are very excited to partner with one of the country's finest and most well-established restaurants and are seeking up and coming culinary talent to join their team as Sous Chef in Southwest Utah. This position will hold the responsibility of managing day to day kitchen production, ensuring that culinary execution maintains at the high standards this concept has established over the years. The location is in the midst of some of our country's most breathtaking surroundings, providing ample opportunity for outdoor activity during off-days.

COMPENSATION: Base Salary up to $50,000 + bonus potential and relocation assistance if required

Sous Chef Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- At least 2 years as a Sous Chef or other comparable kitchen leadership position
- Familiarity with menu costing, food costs, proper inventory practices and product purchasing
- Ability to be trained, as well as train others
- Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced, full-service kitchen environment
- Adaptability and efficient problem-solving skills
