Event Operations Manager
Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301
1. At least 2-4 years of event operations and/or event planning experience
2. Experience with large scale, corporate events (wedding and/or social experience only will not qualify)
3. Self-starter who can work hard without constant pushing from superiors
4. Experience working with (or for) a destination management company
5. Bachelor's degree a plus
6. CMP certification a plus
7. Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays as needed
Compensation Package: $45,000 - $55,000 base plus bonus program (averages $10-$15k annually), plus comprehensive health benefits, 401k, flexible schedule and unlimited/unrestricted PTO.
