Compensation: $45,000 - $50,000 plus bonus and full benefits
Candidates must possess the following skill set:
- Classically trained Pastry Chef
- Minimum of 3 years of pastry production (both a la carte and banquet)
- Ability to produce a variety of products without training (bread, pastry, ice cream & sorbet and decorated cakes)
- Creative and innovative
- Proven Ability to manage others
