We are currently seeking a Kitchen Manager for a health-driven, upscale fast-casual concept in Pittsburgh, PA! This company focuses on quality ingredients and unmatched creativity to deliver an extraordinary guest experience. This expanding restaurant group provides an excellent opportunity for the career progression as there are significant growth plans over the next 18 months.
As the Kitchen Manager, you are responsible for managing and leading restaurant standards, training and developing staff, and ensuring the kitchen meets or exceeds all internal specifications. This role reports to the General Manager and will hold reporting responsibility for all back of house operations.
Compensation: $35,000- $50,000+ base plus great bonus, FULLY PAID Healthcare benefits and strong quality of life!
Kitchen Manager Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of hospitality management experience
- Assistant Manager experience
- Strong restaurant kitchen operation skills are preferred
- Strong leadership skills
