A highly rated and award winning casual restaurant in the Nothern Naples area is looking to add a hardworking and creative Kitchen Manager to their team. If you thrive in structured, yet independently owned environment then this is the position for you!

The ideal candidate will enjoy being hands on with the kitchen staff members and isn't afraid to make the tough decisions.

Position Requirements:

1. At least 3-5 years of culinary management experience
2. High volume experience ($5M+)
3. Knowledge of BOH operations
4. College degree a plus
5. Strong work ethic
6. Open availability to be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
7. Ability to jump on the line or work a station as needed

Relocation assistance provided - package varies by individuals

Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 base (commensurate with experience) plus bonus potential, medical insurance, meal allowance, and paid time off
