We are currently seeking a Guest Services Manager for a destination resort in Nevada near Lake Tahoe. This beautiful resort offers guests a wide range of amenities and activities including skiing, spa services, weddings, corporate functions, and multiple dining outlets. The resort has over 300 rooms and offers standard rooms, junior suites and one & two bedroom condominium suites. They offer an extremely and exciting work environment as well as a great work-life balance & growth potential. This is a great time to join this highly successful company!

Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 + strong bonus potential and benefits!

Guest Service Manager Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for all our guests
  • Respond to guest inquiries, troubleshoot, and resolve any issues
  • Coordinate with our Guest Experience Front Desk Team & Guest Experience Reservations Team
Guest Service Manager Required Skills:
  • 3 years management experience
  • Personable with a Customer solution-focused mindset
  • Self-motivated and resourceful
  • Ability to embrace change & adapt quickly
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
