This senior living company is seeking a well-qualified, full-service hotel/resort manager to serve as the General Manager/Executive Director in an upscale senior living community in Appleton, WI.
This independently owned, 37-year-old company is known for owning and managing some of the most exclusive senior living communities in the country. They focus on resident services, first-class hospitality and life enrichment. As the Executive Director you will work with approximately 8 direct reports that manage the operation. The chosen candidate will enjoy a generous compensation package, excellent benefits and a typical Monday to Friday schedule.
Compensation: $130,000 to $135,000 plus generous bonus (up to $36,500), exceptional benefits and a fantastic quality of life. Also includes moving expenses and relocation expense allowance.
Candidates MUST possess the following skill set:
- 3+ years as a hotel or resort General Manager in an upscale, full-service environment
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proven success in the management of others and vendor relations
- Compassionate, Friendly, Caring personality with desire to give back
