We are seeking an Executive Chef for one of the Central Valley's most popular, private country clubs.
Compensation: $70k to $85k (commensurate with salary history and experience) + FULLY PAID healthcare benefits!
The Executive Chef will responsible for all culinary operations including the a la carte restaurant, catering, banquets, and all social activities in and around the club. The advantage to this particular F&B operation is the community it serves is known to put their Stars up on a pedestal and truly make a name for yourself. This club is also striving to create new and exciting menu options appealing to the younger, more adventurous eaters. All of which allows you to have creative freedom to new menus as the club undergoes a million dollar renovation!
Preferred Executive Chef Experience:
- 3+ years of Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine experience within a private club or hotel
- Tangible success managing budgetary responsibilities
- Highly creative with menu development and current culinary techniques
