We are currently seeking a talented Executive Chef for a private dining club in St. Louis, MO. This beautiful club is managed by a well known St. Louis based contract dining company. The club is open Monday - Friday and serves breakfast and lunch. They are known for scratch food, drinks
Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 (Commensurate with salary history and experience) + strong benefits!
Executive Chef Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all BOH operations
- Hold all employees to a high standard
- Consistently deliver high-quality results
- Provide excellent service to all guests
- Manage all forms of P&L
Executive Chef Qualifications:
- 5 years of previous chef experience in club, hotel or restaurant setting
- Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment
- Hands on chef, not an office chef
- Highly professional with an outgoing, energetic personality
