We are currently seeking a talented Executive Chef for a private dining club in St. Louis, MO. This beautiful club is managed by a well known St. Louis based contract dining company. The club is open Monday - Friday and serves breakfast and lunch. They are known for scratch food, drinks and a great atmosphere. They offer an extremely stable and exciting work environment as well as a great work-life balance. Limited nights and weekends. This is an excellent opportunity for a Sous Chef who is ready for the next step in their career. As the company continues to grow, this is a great time to join this highly successful company!

Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 (Commensurate with salary history and experience) + strong benefits!

Executive Chef Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate all BOH operations
  • Hold all employees to a high standard
  • Consistently deliver high-quality results
  • Provide excellent service to all guests
  • Manage all forms of P&L

Executive Chef Qualifications:

  • 5 years of previous chef experience in club, hotel or restaurant setting
  • Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment
  • Hands on chef, not an office chef
  • Highly professional with an outgoing, energetic personality
