We are proud to partner with an established Hotel Ownership group based in Wyoming, seeking a qualified culinary professional to join them as Executive Chef for a full-service hotel in the Lander, WY area. Our ideal candidate brings experience managing all elements of kitchen/culinary operations with a strong background in delivering on corporate driven culinary standards. Knowledge and proven success in effectively managing food and labor costs is a must, along with a positive and team-first attitude. COMPENSATION: Base Salary up to $55,000 + Monthly Bonus Potential, health insurance (majority employer paid!) and PTO benefits

Head Chef Qualifications
3+ years of lead kitchen management experience
- Experience with corporate menus and production
- Comprehensive knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment

Head Chef Responsibilities
Effective and daily management of food/labor costs

- Waste management/reduction
- Vendor relationships and procurement
- Hiring/training/staff development
- Efficient production as it relates to restaurant and catering/event needs
