We are excited to partner with an internationally known restaurant concept and are seeking an outstanding culinary professional to join their organization as Executive Chef for a high-volume location in Cleveland, OH. This concept is dedicated to old-world techniques with a modern flair served in a fun, engaging and boisterous environment. Professional chefs trained and experienced in Western European(Austrian, German, Belgian, etc.) recipes and techniques are strongly encouraged to apply.

COMPENSATION: Base Salary $70,000 - $80,000 + bonus potential, health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, relocation package if required, etc.

Executive Chef Qualifications:

  • 10+ years culinary management at Sous Chef/Executive Chef level
  • Strong experience in Western European culinary techniques/recipes
  • Exhibited success in leading kitchen/culinary operations
  • Proven ability to successfully manage food/labor costs
Executive Chef Responsibilities:
  • Menu/recipe development
  • Full management of culinary team
  • Hiring/Staffing/Training of kitchen associates
  • Monitoring and managing food/labor costs within budgeted levels
  • Ambassador of the brand
