We are excited to partner with a highly-reputable hotel ownership/management company based out of the Southeastern US, seeking their next Executive Chef for one of the best properties within their portfolio just outside of Atlanta, GA. This company has successfully purchased/built over 100 properties throughout their history, with strong growth plans already in action to ensure a bright future for those that join their team! This hotel features a top-quality full-service restaurant and catering/banquet operations (perfect for a wide variety of social/corporate events).

This opportunity is primed for a highly successful Executive Sous Chef/Sous Chef/Chef de Cuisine to take the reigns of their own high-quality kitchen OR an established Executive Chef looking to join a great organization.

COMPENSATION: Base Salary up to $65,000 + bonus potential, full benefits package, PTO, 401k, and more!

Executive Chef Qualifications:
  • 3+ years kitchen leadership/management experience (Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine, or other relative role)
  • ServSafe Food Safety Manager or equivalent active certification
  • Ability to read/interpret Profit and Loss (P&L) Statement
  • Experience with sound procurement/inventory procedures
  • F&B Revenue experience of at least $1.5mil annually

Executive Chef Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all staff in regards to all food production for the hotel
  • Manage both ala carte and banquet/catering production
  • Properly manage food/labor costs within budget
  • Hire/Develop/Train kitchen staff
  • Closely monitor food safety/safety/OSHA requirements
