This estate management company is seeking an individual to serve as the Director of Housekeeping, Transportation & Services in a large residence in the Kirkland/Bellevue area of Seattle, WA. The ideal candidate will enjoy serving others above all else and have an innate ability to organize and coordinate the services of others.
The elite company exclusively manages private estates and provides a variety of service to their clients. The Director will work with two direct reports that manage inventory of all household supplies and the residents' transportation needs. You will work with all household staff to coordinate their efforts and manage the services of outside vendors as needed. The chosen candidate will enjoy a generous compensation package, excellent paid benefits and a typical Monday to Friday (9:00 to 5:00) schedule.
Compensation: $100,000 to $110,000 plus bonus, exceptional paid benefits and a fantastic quality of life
Candidates MUST possess the following skill set:
- 3+ years as a hotel department manager in an upscale/luxury hotel or resort
- Proven success in the management of others and vendor relations
- Extreme organization skills and sense of urgency
- Ability to manage time, staff and inventory with minimal supervision
- Discreet, high confidentiality and ego-free
