We are seeking a Corporate Director Of Culinary Operations for one of our most innovative, forward thinking clients! This role is brand new and is critical for the success of the company as well as the entire executive team. In this position you will help develop a new centralized production facility as well as ensure that their food is the best in the market. More importantly, as a leader in this employee centric organization, you will be tasked with building and motivating a world-class team in order to help develop the future of food production and restaurants. This is an exciting opportunity to be the cross-functional owner of multiple strategic initiatives impacting the entire culinary team.

Director of Culinary Operations Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a passionate team of culinarians
  • Food safety leadership and ensuring compliance
  • Manage, create and improve production processes to improve qualit
  • Manage culinary budget and forecasting
  • Procurement and inventory management
  • Production scheduling
  • Commercialize developed recipes

Director of Culinary Operations Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in culinary arts
  • Passionate about food and cooking techniques
  • High volume food production experience
  • R&D Commercialization
  • Knowledge of cost controls and labor systems
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
