We are excited to partner with a highly-respected Association Management company, seeking a Conference Services Manager to work from their office based just outside of Baltimore, MD. This role requires high-level client interaction, organization, negotiation and event planning ability for one of their most important clients, with involvement in a few other meetings/clients throughout the year. A tremendous work/life balance can be had, as nights/weekends/travel are only required for 3-5 meetings/events per year. Experienced Conference/Convention Service Managers within top-tier hotels or third-party Association Management organizations are encouraged to apply. This company is continually building their client base, and further growth after proven success in this role is highly likely.

COMPENSATION: Base Salary up to $70,000 + outstanding work/life balance (M-F with the exception of 3-5 meetings annually), comprehensive health benefits, retirement plan, paid holidays, PTO, cell phone discount and more!

Conference Services Manager Requirements/Qualifications

- 5-10 years progressive experience in high-volume event planning/event management
- 3+ years as Conference Services/Convention Services Manager or other related role
- Bachelor's Degree REQUIRED
- CMP or other related certification PREFERRED but not required
- Proven success leading/managing all planning and organization for large association/group events
