We are excited to partner with a premier community in Daytona Beach, seeking an accomplished individual to lead their food and beverage department as their next Clubhouse Manager! With a wide range of amenities offered it's guaranteed that every day will feel like an escape. We're talking restaurants, entertainment venues, banquet facilities, a private beach club and resort-style recreations.

This organization features multiple locations throughout the Southeast, thus providing tremendous opportunities for continued development and growth both in this role and beyond. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team overseeing multiple outlets of high-end food and beverage services, as well as experience in special events/catering. Ability to exhibit success in training/development of team members is a plus. This is an ideal opportunity for candidates with lifestyle hospitality experience - country clubs, resorts, and destination residences. Clubhouse General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Leadership of multiple department managers
  • Management of a multi-faceted Food and Beverage operation
  • Long-term planning and execution of these plans/goals as they pertain to community programming
  • Cost controls in food and labor
  • Recruitment, hiring, training of staff


Clubhouse General Manager Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Food and Beverage leadership/management
  • Experience managing multiple F&B outlets
  • Ability to train, mentor, lead and evaluate team members
  • Strong leadership/communication
