We are currently seeking an experienced chef/manager for a Commissary Chef for an established, growing concept in Tampa, FL. Do you have extensive experience in a commissary, as well as catering/banquet chef experience? Do you want to join one of the premier employers with great pay and benefits?
Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year, plus bonus and benefits
Commissary Chef Qualifications:
- Previous chef experience in a commissary or food production environment.
- High volume experience is a must.
- Superior culinary AND management skills.
- Strong history in a non-traditional chef role (commissary, catering, large deli, hotel, or institution).
- Ability to make fast decisions and interact successfully with the customer.
- Strong job history with a pattern of stability and long tenure.
