Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000 base plus performance bonus, dry cleaning, cell phone allowance, continue education classes and much more!

Chef de Cuisine Requirements:
At least 3-5 years of culinary management experience in a restaurant, hotel, or country club
High volume experience
A true passion for hospitality and a "whatever it takes" mentality
Culinary degree a plus
Ability to work 6 days per week in season as necessary
