One of Palm Beach County's most beautiful country clubs is looking to bring on a skilled and guest-service focused Chef de Cuisine to oversee their busiest outlet. This is a great opportunity for a sous chef or executive sous to step up and run his or her own kitchen.

Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000 base plus performance bonus, dry cleaning, cell phone allowance, continue education classes and much more!

This club very much believes in a "family" mentality; they truly take care of each other and focus on positive reinforcement.

Chef de Cuisine Requirements:

At least 3-5 years of culinary management experience in a restaurant, hotel, or country club

High volume experience
A true passion for hospitality and a "whatever it takes" mentality
Culinary degree a plus
Ability to work 6 days per week in season as necessary
