This cruise line is seeking an individual to serve as a Dining Room Manager for one of their US-based cruise ships. The Dining Room Manager will work with a full staff of employees providing food and beverage services to the passengers. Compensation: $42,000 to $45,000 plus bonus and benefits
Candidates MUST possess the following skill set:
- 2+ years food and beverage management experience in
an full-servicehotel or resort (i.e. Restaurant Manager, Outlets Manager, Banquet Manager, Banquet Captain)
- Ability to be away from home for 4-6 weeks at a time (2 weeks off between each sailing)
- Ability to manage time, staff and inventory with minimal supervision
- Good physical condition
- United States citizen
- Degree highly preferred
