Restaurant Kitchen Manager
We are currently seeking all levels of Kitchen Management for a growing restaurant group's second location in the Texas market, located in Dallas, TX. This modern, sophisticated-casual brand prides itself on its reputation due to its 100% scratch cuisine and hip, energetic atmosphere. Additionally, they will be opening 9 locations in the next two years and will have plenty of opportunities for advancement.
Compensation: $65,000-$95,000+ (based on experience) plus great benefits!
- At least 3 years of kitchen management experience in an upscale concept.
- Proficiency with P&L, ordering, inventory, purveyor relations, etc.
- At least 1 year of kitchen management experience in an upscale concept.
