We are seeking highly skilled and qualified Sous Chef for a high volume, multi-outlet resort property in Des Moines, IA. Our client is truly unique in many ways from the style of operation, the positive impact they have in the local community and the ability to grant their employees high profile exposure to highlight accomplishments on a local and national platform. As a Sous Chef, you will have management responsibilities in multiple food & beverage outlets, banquets and the overall operation of a very successful F&B department.
Preferred Sous Chef Experience:
- $4MM+ banquet management experience
- Multiple F&B Outlet management
- Excellent Communication abilities
- Strong track record with budgetary responsibilities
