1. Sommelier Certification - any level
2. 3-5 years of fine dining experience
3. Up to date with industry trends and innovation
4. Purchasing, cost management, and inventory management experience
5. Experience working with vineyards or wine cellars a plus
6. Confidence, poise, and class
Compensation: up to $70,000 base, annual bonus, full heath package, 401k, and many more! (cell phone, laptop, mileage reimbursement, etc).
Open to candidates that require relocation (up to $2k in assistance, varies by individual).
