We are currently seeking a Kitchen Manager for a growing restaurant group's flagship location in the Chicago area. This modern, sophisticated-casual brand prides itself on its reputation due to its 100% scratch cuisine and hip, energetic atmosphere. Additionally, they will be opening 5 locations in the next year and will have plenty of opportunities for advancement.


Compensation: $65,000-$90,000+ (based on experience) plus great benefits!

Requirements:

  1. 3-5 years high volume kitchen manager experience
  2. Scratch kitchen experience
  3. Upscale casual restaurant experience
  4. College/Culinary degree preferred
  5. Proficiency with P&L, ordering, inventory, purveyor relations, etc.
  6. Experience with emerging/growing brands a plus
