Restaurant General Manager
Our client is a restaurant group in Nashville that takes pride in its reputation, scratch cuisine, and family legacy. They are currently seeking a General Manager for one of their full-service casual restaurants. With several locations already (and still growing), the right individual for this role should be an experienced GM that's ready to advance into an Area Manager position within the next 2-3 years.
General Manager Position Requirements:
- 2+ years of GM restaurant experience and a stable work history of upward progression
- Full service, high volume ($3 million +) experience
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
- Experience with opening restaurants and training staff
Compensation Package: up to $70,000 base plus large bonus program (average $10-$15k annually), full health benefits (including paid maternity and paternity leave!), and many more!
