Our client is seeking a talented Executive Chef for their full service craft beer focused restaurant and bar in the beautiful Aspen area. This is a highly successful restaurant in a destination area and is poised for significant growth in the near future. Their ideal candidate is a hands on Executive Chef who can consistently create a quality product while leading and motivating the back of house team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a creative Executive Chef who is looking to join an established restaurant group that is offering future growth potential in a destination market.

BASE COMPENSATION: $65,000 - $75,000 +Competitive Bonus Program + $400/mo. Benefits Stipend + Cell Phone Allowance, Laptop Allowance, and Relocation Assistance if necessary

Executive Chef Position Requirements:
  • 2-3 years kitchen management experience in a full-service restaurant
  • High volume experience
  • Creative menu development in scratch kitchen
  • Experience reading and interpreting P&L statements
  • Ability to relocate to Aspen
