BASE SALARY: $55,000 - $70,000 plus 20% performance incentives, 401(k) with employer match, comprehensive benefits, vacation pay, PTO and paid holidays.
Our ideal Candidate will have:
- 5+ years of hospitality management experience
- Team Leadership responsibilities
- Kitchen Operations skills
- Scratch Kitchen experience is a plus
- Must enjoy working the late night scene
- Working knowledge of Dinerware or similar POS system
- Be able to work in a progressive and energetic environment
- Must be a team player, have a positive attitude, and have keen attention to detail.
- High school degree or equivalent
