With locations around the Boston and Providence metropolitan areas, this group has experienced steady growth from a single location in 2010 to 5 locations today with just over $9mil in annual revenues! With a business model centered around excitement, energy, and play; this concept attracts those looking for fun and fitness in a safe and controlled environment. They offer attractions and activities that appeal to multiple age groups and demographics, from toddlers to teenagers to adults! Our client is looking for an experienced Financial Operations Manager to oversee fiscal performance, budgeting and profitability over all 5 locations in the Boston, MA and Providence, RI markets!

BASE SALARY: $65,000 - $75,000 + benefits, mileage/cellphone reimbursement, company laptop, 401k with company match

Financial Operations Manager Skills/Qualifications
  • P&L/Budget analysis
  • Accurate month end financial closes for multiple locations
  • Multi-unit accounting experience
  • Frequent review of profitability/margin performance
  • POS systems usage and reporting
  • Ability to train/develop financial reporting responsibilities for unit managers
  • General oversight of fiscal/financial performance, budget controls, expenses and revenues
