We are seeking a Chef who is invested in pushing the culinary envelope, never settles for "standard," and is driven to become an Executive Chef in the next 3-5 years. This private country club, located in central Illinois, is focused on delivering a high-quality product while introducing their members to new culinary experiences. As the Executive Sous Chef you will have the autonomy to utilize your dynamic culinary background and creatively influence the menu development of this first class scratch kitchen.

Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 (commensurate with experience) + Health Benefits
