Executive Sous Chef
Preferred qualifications for the Executive Sous Chef:
- Experience designing seasonal menus
- 3+ years experience as a Chef de Cuisine, Executive Sous Chef or Executive Chef in an upscale country club or resort
- Ability to manage multiple high volume outlets including catering and a la carte service.
- Highly professional with an outgoing, energetic personality
- Experience in modern American or French cuisine is a plus
