We are currently working with an upscale Country Club seeking an Executive Sous Chef near Baltimore, MD. This client is a very highly regarded club offering a wide variety of amenities members including multiple food & beverage outlets. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to progress their career. This club also offer excellent compensation, benefits and relocation allowance.

Preferred qualifications for the Executive Sous Chef:
  • Experience designing seasonal menus
  • 3+ years experience as a Chef de Cuisine, Executive Sous Chef or Executive Chef in an upscale country club or resort
  • Ability to manage multiple high volume outlets including catering and a la carte service.
  • Highly professional with an outgoing, energetic personality
  • Experience in modern American or French cuisine is a plus
