We are working with a locally sourced and owned, farm to table, full service restaurant that prides itself on its sustainable, ethically-raised proteins in a hand-crafted environment. They are seeking an Executive Chef who is focused, organized, and has experience in a scratch kitchen. This opportunity is perfect for an individual who is interested in growth, using their creativity, and managing an A+ team.
Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000 Based on experience, full benefits, and uncapped bonuses.
- 5+ years of Executive Chef experience
- Experience in a scratch kitchen
- Understanding of menu development & cost analysis using local and seasonal ingredients.
- Passion for food and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership qualities
