Director of Operations

Compensation: $90-120,000 plus 10-15% bonus and exceptional benefits
Candidates must possess the following skill set:
- Minimum of 2 years in a multi-unit restaurant role (two or more locations)
- Desire to focus on people over profits
- Experience as a career mentor in the development of
- Experience being part of growing restaurant organization
- Strong financial management skills
