CORPORATE DIRECTOR OF FOOD & BEVERAGE
This is an opportunity to lead the food and beverage effort for multi branded hotels and event centers to achieve revenue objectives.
Purpose of the Position:
To provide the expertise, drive and entrepreneurial spirit to assist in the continued development and management of the hotel food and beverage teams to maximize the revenue performance of hotel restaurants and meeting/catering outlets through the successful implementation and execution of a targeted effort.
The ideal candidate has full service multi-unit food and beverage management experience, with knowledge and training in evaluating and executing plans that get results. The candidate has experience in developing people, leading teams and creating annual business plans that include key result objectives and financial objectives.
In addition, the candidate must possess a high level of energy and is passionate about F&B and has the ability to inspire individuals and teams to achieve superior results and think creatively outside the norm to provide unique guest experiences. They must also exhibit strong communication skills, both verbal and written, exhibit an urgency to get things done and demonstrate outstanding leadership and drive.
