Chef de Cuisine
The chosen Chef de Cuisine will enjoy learning from one of the industry's culinary traditionalist that has a long history of preparing fine family recipes. You will have the opportunity to lead and develop the kitchen staff in the absence of the Executive Chef and will enjoy working with fresh, top-quality ingredients.
Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 base salary plus benefits and great bonus potential
Chef de Cuisine Qualifications:
- MUST have Italian restaurant experience
- 5 years kitchen management experience (Exec/Exec Sous/Sous/Chef de Cuisine)
- MUST be Spanish speaking ability or at least have strong "Kitchen Spanish" skills
- Experience in a made-from-scratch kitchen
