We are seeking a skilled culinary professional for a Bakery Production Manager position with a well known, prestigious bakery in New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have the drive to work and successfully manage in a fast paced environment with the ability to encourage a staff to exceed market standards. In this position, you will directly manage all aspects of a professional bakery with back of the house supervision responsibilities. This is not a baker position and will not be responsible for any line work.
- Experience in a commercial or professional bread baking facility
- Experience working in a high-performance bakery setting with creative input
- Management experience of daily operational logistics
- Preferably bi-lingual in English and Spanish
Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 (commensurate on experience) + Health Benefits
